Pre- Interview

    1. Tell me about a time when you did not agree with/had a confrontation with another person; what did you do?  Give details.

Yesterday me and a few of my fellow peers were working a science planetary model project. And I wanted to arrange the spheres in a certain way while another person in my group wanted it done in a different way. I simply took a deep breath and realized that both ways are right and it would not hurt to give his a chance. So we decided that we would arrange it his way, and the next project we will do it my way.

    1. What is your major strength and major weakness?  Give details.

One of my major strengths is that I'm very precise at what I am doing. If I am going to do something I want to make sure that it’s at my 110% work. One of my major weaknesses is that I am too hard on myself and tend to get very angry when I don't get things completely perfect. I have taught myself that you time management and perfection sometimes aren't on the same page. Sometimes just getting the job done is enough when doing more consumes more time.

    1. Tell me about a time when you had to solve a difficult problem, what was the problem and how did you solve it?  Give details.

I had a problem with this person posting very hateful things underneath my social media pages. I knew the person in person and saw them everyday but continued to stay quiet about it. One day I decided that this issue needed to be resolved, so I went and asked a respectable teacher just to witness this conversation. I then met with the person in front of the teacher and told him how I  felt when he said those hateful things. The person then agreed to leave me alone.

What makes you perfect for the job?
I am very hard worker, that loves hearing about other peoples problems. I've had worked with many mental health specialist and gotten some great tips. I enjoy speaking and becoming comfortable with strangers and obtaining a bond.

What do you have that not many people have to offer?
I have public speaking skills, and already has experience in the mental health field. As a child I went to a therapist, so I have experience as a client also.

What are some of your flaws in the work area?

I have a tendency of talking a lot. I know that y job requires time management and I have a slight feelings I might be a 1 or 2 minutes over time with my client. I also tend to over think about peoples situations. I guess you could call it overly caring.

When can you start?

I can start 2 weeks after you tell me that I have a definite job.
